A new restaurant located in Orient Bay on the village square, open only for dinner.
Alexandre and his team offer a selection of meats from around the world. Also, fresh local fish and charcuterie cold cuts.
You can taste the best Simmental beef, Black Angus Prime, Japanese Wagyu or the best beef of the world the Rubia Galega dry aged 40 days on the bone.

You will also be able, as a steakhouse) to taste lamb from the Pyrenees, Iberian pig Pata Negra and duck from southwestern France.
Fresh local fishes comes twice a week, like the snapper, mahi-mahi or old wife ballista will be on offer.
We also have a nice vegetarian plancha with only fresh products.

Before your dinner in a cosy lounge, you can share a plancha of Pata Negra de Bellota, one of the best hams in the world.
You will of course have the choice to order a cocktail to our mixologist bartender or choose a bottle of wine among the 70 references in the cellar.
